Good to know

Guests can arrive at the Ortenia resort after 12:00 (let us know about the time of your arrival, because we are not always here the reception desk). They must leave the apartment by 10:00.

• Cancellation up to seven days before the arrival is free of charge.
• Cancellation in seven or less days before the arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the total price.
• In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the guest will be charged 100% of the total price.

Children are welcome at Ortenia Resort:

• For children up to two years of age, the use of a baby bed is free of charge.
• For children up to 12 years of age, use of extra bed is charged 35 € per night.

A maximum of one extra bed can be added to the apartment.

• 10% discount for visiting the Wellness center Termalia or the Water park Aqualuna (all days of the week),
• 10% discount for visiting the Wellness center Orhidelia (all days of the week),
• 20% discount on Green Fee playing card (golf Amon).
